● Small Build ( ie. Shop, Small House) - £20

● Medium Build ( ie. Medium House, Small School ) – £30

● Large build ( ie. School, Mall ) - £60-80

● Large Map ( ie. Large Town / City ) - £100-120 (currently unavailable)

Exterior only - no additional fees

Exterior + Interior - additional £5

+ Chisels and Bits ( optional ) - additional £5-15 depending on scale ie. full chisel, light chisel

The commissioner ( OSo ) retains full rights to the commissioned products including the rights to display it in portfolios, websites and social media.

The client’s ownership of the physical file does not transfer ownership of the file’s copyright. This means the client’s ownership is for personal use not commercial meaning the file cannot be sold by the client.

The client is allowed to use the files for social media, ie YouTube Videos, TikTok, etc.

There will be a maximum of 3 revisions, however, the client will have to pay an additional fee depending on the scale of additional revisions. This will be calculated once a cost for the entire map is produced and will most likely be a percentage of the original cost ( a small one such as 5% or so ).

Edits to the product are allowed, however, credit must still be given for the rest of the work to the Commissioner.

Credit MUST be given to the Commissioner in descriptions, etc.

Any products being distributed by the client will be at the fault of the client, and this will break terms of service. Cancelling any rights to use packs for social media in the future.
